Soda, energy drinks and alcohol can all negatively affect your energy level, weight and health. On the flip side, water keeps you hydrated with zero sugar and calories, aids digestion, helps to prevent headaches and fatigue, improves joint and kidney health — the benefits go on and on.
What is the Hello, H2O Challenge?
The Hello, H2O Challenge is a fun wellness challenge designed to motivate you to increase your water intake for 30 consecutive days. It’s easy to participate: Just set a goal based on your activity and fitness levels to drink 64-80 ounces (8-10 glasses) of water per day for 30 consecutive days. The more active you are, the more water your body needs!
How do I participate?
Register for the challenge within the first two days of the month it’s offered (check the Wellness Calendar for details). Print out the Hello, H2O tracker and post it where you’ll see it daily. Then, drink 64-80 ounces (8-10 glasses) of water per day for 30 consecutive days and check off each day you stick with the challenge. Once complete, register your results at ScentsyWellness.com for your chance to earn one of four awesome prizes.
Is there a prize for completing the challenge?
All participants who complete the challenge will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an awesome prize. There will be four winners per challenge.
How will I know if I've won?
We’ll email the winners and post their names in the News section of your Workstation and on the Scentsy Consultant Wellness Facebook page.

How do I know if I'm drinking enough water?
Your fluid intake is probably on track if you rarely feel thirsty and if your urine is colorless or light yellow. Your doctor or dietitian can help you determine the amount of water that’s right for you every day. To prevent dehydration and make sure your body has the fluids it needs, make water your beverage of choice!
Any tips for getting the recommended amount of water in per day?
Yes!
- Try drinking a glass of water with each meal and in between meals.
- Drink water before, during and after daily exercise.
- Drink up anytime you feel thirsty!
- Use a marked water bottle to stay on track.
- Try adding fresh fruit or herbs to your water for a little flavor.
- Swap out a glass or two per day with sparkling or mineral water.
- Reward yourself for hitting your goals.
Do I get a cheat day?
Nope. You need to drink 64-80 ounces of water every day during the 30 consecutive days of this challenge.
What do I do when the challenge is over?
After Day 30, record your results to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of two Amazon gift cards.
